taxation as it is is injust. taxes are used for control, you want more of it you subsidize it, you want less of it you tax it. tax productivity and business ventures you get less of it, subsidize poverty like welfare systems and bad investments hence the bank bailouts yet no help for those who actually pay the bulk of the taxes in bailouts when they lose their jobs due to no fault of their own. if it happens or doesn't happen that is the intention.regardless of what they say.
People pay taxes because they feel trapped into paying them through ignorance and fear. This shows everytime the media 'expose' a 'tax-dodger' or one of their poverty-stricken kind doing exactly what the system's NPD's do. These unimaginative slaves go ape when one of their own is caught and publically shamed for 'getting away with it'. Taxes are paid to cover the interest charged by psycho-banksters to Guv' for loans to pay towards what people think they pay taxes for. Well done, Sam.
@DaftAida Aside from the unlawful yet prevailing income tax to pay unlawful interest, everything we use or purchase to survive is also exhorbitantly taxed to fund all manner of unlawful activities of the psychopathic elites. So to burst the bubble of 'self importance' as victims of income tax fraud, EVERYONE except the 'chosen few' pays tax; the poorer, the more expensive life becomes. Fines are taxation, legislation is created in order to justify fines or covert taxes.
If we followed the US Constitution, "equal protection" would mean something. But the unelected fourth branch of government -- the immense, unaccountable federal bureaucracies -- like the EPA, doesn't give a damn what you, congress, nor I think -- what's fair -- or whether the Constitution authorizes its existence. Which is something to think about long and hard in 2012. It's all about money. You want the EPA deciding where America's money goes? EPA fees/fines are taxation without representation.
