Well, in defense, this program was made in the early 90's, long before the idea of micro foam, or as we describe it, velvet foam, came about.

ok, there are a few things wrong here, but over all this is a acurate video. the worst thing you can do to milk is to re-steam it. this is a big no no!! you should always only use the amount of milk needed for one beverage. the next thing that is wrong here is that he talks of "steaming" and "foaming" as two separate things. in reality they should both be part of the whole process. when you steam milk fo a latte there is less foaming than for a capa.
