  • トーマスは地獄へ落た。 最早、彼の悪口を言う必要は無い。可哀想な人だ。

    テスラは生き地獄を味わったが、天国で快楽に暮らしている事であろう。

  • Thanks youtube, you cant even buffer a 82 year old video :\

  • y r there no videos of tesla?!!!!!

  • Although recent discoveries have shed some harsh light on the whole Edison Vs. Tesla thing, I believe they are both deserving of our respect as they have contributed more to the modern world than we ever may know. After all, we have to remember that we weren't actually there, and nobody's really a saint nowadays anyway.

  • no u idiots, edison didnt even create the lightbulb, he just helped improve what was allready made

  • viva edison

    11/2/1847

  • Edison certainly was a genius. Why, if it wasn't for his many years of research, we'd be watching TV by candlelight !!!

  • @JubalCalif Tesla was a genius! edison is just a thief

  • @Slovenc1998 The burden of prood is on you for a fairly outlandish claim.

  • That's my point. I think it is hilarious that people get a bit twisted up in these arguments. But i guess that is the whole internet for ya, keeps you relatively anonymous so you can get away with saying dumb crap and have mindless arguments. Not that i care or anything, but hey, it's just a video of a well known person.

  • Does it really matter who was better, all that really matters is that what was invented actually works. I get the fact that they are important break threw and what not, but really? Arguing about who a better inventor is? it's like playing 5th grade baseball and pissing and moaning about if you actually it the ball or not...

  • It shouldn't matter, as long as they acheived it and it formed the foundation for our modern world. For example Marconi is credited for creating the first radio transmitter, but he borrowed (or stole) inventions from Tesla and Edison to make it work. But the fact of the matter is, that it works, The way I see it, Edison, Tesla and Marconi were great inventors of the time.

  • Lets just aggree that both Tesla and Edison were both good, lol

  • yes... they were kind of like the bill gates and Steve Jobs of thier day... They help discover and used the discoveries of those that came before them. Edison was a bit smarter in the implemation of the discoveries into inventions that could be brought to the market place in which transformed our world. Tesla had interesting ideas that also were useful, some of which became foundations of our civil world. AC and radio wave electricity.

  • is this a primary source that i could use?

  • lol, its quite funny that these mainstream americans label any comments which are pro-Tesla with a "negative comment".

Wake up and welcome to reality.

Tesla is by FAR the greatest inventor of the 21 century.

Tesla was light-years ahead of Thomas Edison.

So please, put down your grade 8 science textbooks and reasearch this from credible scientific and historic accounts.

ps. be sure to click the negative comment botton. lol.

    Tesla - 100

    Edison- 0.1

  • even 6 years before he died Edison was still kicking it old school man

  • Edison was smart and a business tycoon.

Nikola Tesla on the other hand was a pure genius and by far the greatest inventor to have live yet.

    research his name TESLA.

  • Wrong. Edison invented things too. Edison is the greatest inventor in history. He has 1,093 patents in his name.

  • really now ??

why are we not using edison technology today such as his light bulb (we chose teslas)... electrical current (we chose teslas AC technology)... why do we use radio and wireless cellular technology (tesla again)...

hmmm.... edison could have produced millions of pattens, but what good are his inventions WHEN NOBODY USES THEM ?

  • Ummm, tesla's light bulbs are way more cost-effective, and edison's electric current system is much more dangerous and inefficient than tesla's.

The concepts of his inventions are magnificent. he was just bested in certain ways by his contemporaries who thought outside his box.

  • i can make a pooper scooping device and 1 million other inventions... WHICH MEANS nothing.

Teslas devices and technology are BEING used TODAY. He single handedly propelled the world into the industrial age. Read about this, u will agree then.

  • You've proved yourself to be a complete tool.

  • If he is such a great inventor, then how come he stole Tesla's ideas and published it under his name? Do you really call that a great inventor. However, i am saying he invented great stuff, but he was doing plagiarism as well. Which should make us all think!!

  • mary had a little lamb was the phrase they would use to test the phonograph in the laboratory. in the middle of reading

"wizard of menlo park" right now. excellent book.

  • Thanks God. We've watched a video of a great inventor's speech.

  • Is fleece a metaphor for something?

  • It's just talking about the lambs wool/fur/whatever

  • Mary had a little lamb. its fleece as white as snow and everywhere where mary went the lamb was sure to go... thats what he really meant to say

  • fleece = sheep fur

  • So I think some poor slug has a big crush on Mary, the fleece is a symbol of purity and the lamb a symbol of innocence.
