these can all be done in a real match. the initiations are a bit rough but you could get into them other ways and do pretty much the same combos. I've started to try out Tsubaki a bit, she has pretty good initation all-around
@MrLilZine This is how every combo video is done. And every combo video gets an imbecile like yourself claiming it's fake, or it's not usable in a real match, or it's not worthwhile to do.
Lesson 1. Combo videos are not meant to be practical. They stress the game, they stress the character, and they stress execution. Practicality isn't important.
Lesson 2. BlazBlue notifies the user of combos that could've been teched out. Unless you saw a blue hit counter, these are all legit.
@Circuitous I agree with what your saying, however I would like to make it a point that not all red beat combos are perfectly legit. For example, with both Jin and Valkenhayn, if you go 5C > 6C, and the opponent holds block, even if the 5C hits the 6C will get blocked. However if you turn block off in training mode and go 5C > 6C and both hit it remains red beat, because tech and block are different. Just a note.
Actually, some of it is useful. One part actually shows really nice way to set up a fuzzy safely. A lot of it is "overpriced" though, yeah, or too specific to be practical, but there are people with really good execution, so...
amazing vid. made me pick up Tsubaki, the changes in CS2 r waay to much for some characters. Made me drop Hakumen. But inputs for this vid would be nice
Gross! It's so good to see Tsubaki being all destructive and unstoppable. ^_^ Never knew you could QCB + attack[in air] her orb and create some crazy super awesome enhanced attack. Will be adding that to my repertoire. Awesome vid!
This is one of the most amazing combo videos that I have ever seen from Tsubaki so far. Her setups and tricks are nothing less than godlike, judging from what I've seen so far.... o.O
Whoever did those combos deserves a pat in the back AND a lot of respect. Many thanks for uploading this, Pktazn! ^^
It reminds me of infinity -> Hotaru over and over and over on Haku-Men. good times. unfortunately the DD at the end is only possible if you're hurt enough to regen heat.
The coolest thing in the vid for me was the RC-> Air Dash -> Cross-up at 3:50'ish on Ragna.
my mate mains tsubaki he's beast enough with the CS2 buffs but these combo's are just the icing on the cake that is... tsubaki yayoi bitch is blind but can't stop those combo's!
4:55 I did not even notice that Jin changes into Hakumen until the second time I watched that awesome combo. Good thing it's too situational to ever happen in a real match lol
Loving that end rape on Mu. Projectile use in blockstrings to mindgame with 22D looks lovely~ Now if only I can learn to that that on the fly. Or if characters couldn't dp out of it.
I dunno why, but I really hate the dp loops on FC.
Also, that 6.9k combo looked really hawt. Took 50 meter and a 5C counter, but it LOOKED really hawt!
the reset part was quite usefull imo

"Mr. Kisaragi, do you perhaps have a few words concerning your spectacular career in the NOL?"
Jin: "Niiiii-san..."
"Mr. Kisaragi... that was very touching. I wasn't aware that you were so great a philosopher"

well some of them can be done in a match, but over all most players should be going to combo vids to get ideas for combos...

@blazemaster41 Errrr... 5C > 6C won't connect at all even in training mode in the first place. It will only connect if it's CH 5C.

To bad none of this can be done in a real fight. so whats the point
MrLilZine 8 months ago
@MrLilZine It looks cool and shows possibilities of what you can do? Combo movies don't necessarily have to be practical to teach you something.

Wooo~ Some awesome stuff in here. Many of which I've never seen or thought of before.
I'll have to watch it a few times to pick out whatever seems most viable in real matches =D.

Good shit, I still gotta get down that DP > 236a whiff > 2CC & 2CC > IAD > j.CC > 5B down, I can't even do either one once in training... ;_;
YayoiTsubaki 9 months ago
@YayoiTsubaki Dont feel bad. I cant do either, especially not with a controller Dx
Kadishkaday 9 months ago
@YayoiTsubaki Try delaying the IAD more, then delay the second hit of j.CC. That did it for me.
lhflaw 9 months ago
@lhflaw Delaying the second hit of j.CC did it for me, I can now get it somewhat consistently in training. Not so much in actual matches though...
YayoiTsubaki 9 months ago
@YayoiTsubaki Just keep at it on the IAD > j.C j.CC. A little practice each day goes a long, long way.
