Breastfeeding is the most natural and wonderful gift a mother can give her child. Therefore, I'm always amazed when women are relegated to feeding their children in the restroom so as not to "offend" others. We in the U.S. have a long way to go when it comes to our extremely distorted attitudes about the breast and breast feeding. This video is a good start.

REsearch have shown that, if you breatfeed your baby, you transfer alot of all the chemicals in your body to your child.
Mothers that have breatsfead their child has around 50% fewer chemicals in their body compared to other females of their age...pretty scary.

Very important information. My friend almost made her baby because the doctor told to feed every 3 hours and the baby was starving and crying all the time.
Now, the picture of the baby feeding in one breast and pplaying with the other one was fun. Sounds like a male baby for sure!

your breasts have mammary glands which make the milk from the fluids and nutrients in your body. it is pretty much, whatever you eat and drink, so read up on maternal nutrition and eat/ drink the right stuff for you and your baby, starting right now (actually starting before you get pregnant). some things like certain drugs or other stuff, will get passed to baby through your milk, so find out this stuff by reading, asking , etc.

Therefore, I'm always amazed when women are relegated to feeding their children in the restroom so as not to "offend" others. We in the U.S. have a long way to go when it comes to our extremely distorted attitudes about the breast and breast feeding. This video is a good start.

My credentials are that I've successfully breastfed my five children. I have no obligation to explain physiology of lactation to you; such information is easily found if you really care. As for so-called "experts," the consensus among them is that scheduling is bad. The ones that teach scheduled feedings are not basing their advice on any scientific studies or facts. However, it is your right to believe whatever anyone with "credentials" tells you; and they are counting on you doing just that.

I don't judge bra wearers, but bras cause mastitis, cutting circulation, are meant to prevent breasts from being their natural shape and (In my opinion) are wrongly believed to prevent sagging. I don't believe breastfeeding mothers are arrogant expose their breast to feed in public . Breastfeeding mothers would have to be imprisoned in their houses for years if they could not feed in public, especially with those infants not able to take a bottle.
