Two of my dogs had TPLO surgeries and developed osteosarcoma when the metal implants corroded into their bones. They died within a year of each other. For three TPLOs, two plate removals, one amputation, and two cancer treatments, I had to charge over $17,000.00 on my charge cards, and what did it get me? MY HEART RIPPED OUT OF MY CHEST WITH THE PAIN, SUFFERING AND DEATHS OF MY BELOVED CANINE CHILDREN! Vets need to be more educated with the procedures they sell and apologize when they fail!
