  • Thanks Rich, I turned over about 16-17 years worth of Nite Rider lights to the electricity guy; Rich Hale to help me figure out what was what. More types of volts and watts than I could deal with. Nite Rider was the deal for a long time. I'm gonna get me a set of these. I think this may be similar or the same one that Ed Blasco got a while back.

  • i have 3 too, i bought them when they 1st came out, i have 2 on my bike handles and 1 on my rear - i put a piece of red automotive rear lens repair tape and now i also have the world's brightest rear light !)

  • They are the real deal. I have three of them and all of them work great.

I have been aware of the negativity on some bike forums too, but for those who have bought one, they are overwhelmingly positive.

BTW, the actually output is closer to 600 lumens--still outstanding compared to lights like the lupine (which this is nearly a dead copy of) that costs over $400

  • Thanks for the review... I am going to buy one!
