I think I found them mostly on fan sites (Jennifer fan, I think), as screen captures of episodes. A few were google and photobucket searches. You might want to try the jim and melinda fan site. I don't remember the website off the top of my head, but you might be able to find it on kailey12's page, or some of the other avid ghost whisperer youtubers.

3:14 - once again, unsure, but it looks like season 1 or 2
