Whenever I try it with someone who has the lancer they chainsaw me before I get to shoot. When I try it on someone with a shotgun they blast me before I get a chance to shoot. I don't know if it only works on part 1 of gears of war but still it looks effective.

The gow patch a long time ago fixed the roadie kill.

So you can't do it anymore, Im guessing it was a glitch in the game and it took a lot of skill out of it.

thats an ok way of doing it but its just as easy to:

start running as normal, (with a) then go up to an enemy and just before you hit him release a and press the fire button (rt) takes some time to get used to.

tip: when doing a running glitch, ie the one on this vid, run up to their right hand side if they are not moving. on the left it may seem that it will kill them easyer because they have more body facing you, but it gives them time to spot you and shoot you.

Yes, that is exactly right. Now when you press R-trigger it cancels out the roadie run and you automatically shoot.
