Watching these hacks makes me wonder about the true capabilities of the NES, as well as other older gaming consoles. I really wonder how far these can be pushed? The Wily 2 stage in this hack is aesthetically pleasing and looks like it makes good use of what the NES could do (unless emulators give extra headroom for hacks, I don't know anything about making hacks for anything, much less NES games).
