@Dynikus And that's fine. That's a light weight, especially to not get injured from even while you're naturally standing! (not even HYPER EXTENDED...)
@FaceFlowMessenger it's important to practice proper form, even when using a light weight. that way when you go to a heavier weight, you won't be in the habit of doing it wrong, which could result in injuring yourself.
