This Patrick Monroe clown has absolutley no idea what he is talking about. It is not the debt settlement companies that are owned by the credit card companies...it's the credit counseling companies that are owned or associated with the credit card companies. Get it right there Patrick. Glad I don't have him as a financial advisor.
