  • haha i love the guys facial expression

  • Hahah thats funny but look how slow people react if you look at the water, the water is already half way and then he reacts

  • He seemed surprised that the balloon popped when he poked it.

  • Now this is the sort of thing I want to see more of on Youtube...the way the water holds the shape of the balloon after the skin has burst is beautiful (00.08)..many thanxs for posting!

  • his face in slow motion has that OMFG WAT HAV I DONE!! expression

  • water is pretty

  • his face on the high speed is priceless

  • any1 know were i can see video of a 300,000 FPS camera ? speed of light i think

  • speed of light is 300,000,000 meters per second, not frames per second. it would be impossible to film anything that fast. no doubt it would be cool, though.

  • okay, so if we get a 300,000,000 fps camera and switch on the light we will see the light go 1 meter? then the next frame another meter. theoretically ?

  • me and my friend were just talking about this yesterday. theoretically, yes. if you had a camera that filmed at 300,000,000 FPS, you could see light moving at one meter per frame.

  • Very possible...maybe

  • A capture of light spreading from left to right in front of a camera would give an illusion of the light slowing down as it passes the middle of the picture due to the Doppler-effect..

  • unless you were viewing an incredibly large distance that the light was crossing, you wouldnt be able to tell, because the light on-screen would be moving at around 60 meters per second (the standard video FPS is 60)

  • No, you're wrong..

    Cinemas are 24 FPS

NTSC is 29.97 FPS, TVs interlace them at 60Hz

PAL is 25 FPS, TVs interlace them at 50Hz

  • you're right, i was thinking of video games, most of which are designed to run at either 30 or 60 FPS

  • u have to think about the light which has to reach the camera, so, u would theoretically see the light move, but if ur on a 2 meter distance from the light, u will see the light 2 meters behind were it is now, follow me?

  • It won't work because you can't really see light. You can see light when it is reflected and/or goes straight into your eye/camera.

  • What I thought of was when a laser is switched on in a smoked environment. Just like the laser shows.

    You do have a point

  • other than in your imagination? Nowhere. :)

  • I want a 300,000,000 FPD camera nau !!!!

  • FPS *

  • we all want to be able to see light travel but none of us would be able to see it because technology still needs to advance

  • @Kanashto i hope you under stand that 300,000 fps is under 60 miles a sec right? light travels at 11.1 million miles a second.

    What you type on=FAIL

    What i type=proper schooling

  • at 00:20 it looks like a can of coke or pepsi or fanta or something.

  • try it after freezing the balloon

  • The world of ultra-slow is a very different one. This is simply amazing and beautiful.

  • awesome!

  • It's crazy, it's like the balloon just disappears and the water stays in the same shape before starting to fall. Reminds me a bit of those cartoons when people run off a cliff but don't fall for a second

  • Roadrunner ftw! I remember those too. :D

  • tom and jerry lolol

  • COOL!

  • his face expression at the end is sooo stupid

  • i know, japanese are crizzazy
