it was a bug if you throw a c4 and then quickly enter a vehicle you can spam c4s everywhere they can explode only if you shoot them or with another explosion but it is fixed already :(

hahah i have that also some times. to get that is really easy. you plant c4 on your own teams heli then when it gets shot down you jump out and when the heli is on the groud you try to detonate , but then with detonate you throw like infiite c4 the only way to detonate then is shoot at it or explosives

Yer anyone who wants to repeat this, you just have to have your c4 detonator out after placing c4 and the second you exit the vehicle(ive only tried quads) press detonate, risky but usually works.

It's a known bug. Has something to deal with the point of when you are entering a vehicle. If you search that up you might get a solution ;)
