@baseballbro1000 I would encourage you to look up some John Todd videos and listen to what he says about the whole "Jesus Rock" movement and how it really started and who is really behind it. Christians are always talking about listening to lyrics...and give little heed to the symbols and imagery to their own detriment. I believe scripture tells us its not about the talk but the walk. Lay the lyrics aside, most of them are vague anyway and open your eyes.

I made a Youtube account only because I've seen negative comments about Head and had to respond.. first of all, if the people posting negative comments claim to be Christian.. brothers and sisters look what you are doing, being judgemental is one of the worst sins we could commit as Christians in this day and time. Monks/friars are those that have devoted their lives so hardcore to Christ, that they live in poverty and wear those robes everyday for the rest of their lives. They devote themselves to prayer nearly 24/7. They don't date, they don't get married, they never go to the movies, they stay in the monastery and pray for the world. They do missionary work as well.

Most Christian's wouldn't recognize true scriptural living if it was staring them in the face in fact they would most often reject it. Scripture teaches us to test all thing and what spirit it is of. another factor could be the shroud of turin which was put over the dead body of jesus and was found in the tomb when they opened it. It has jesus body imprint on it you should really check it out quite intresting man!

I made a Youtube account only because I've seen negative comments about Head and had to respond.. first of all, if the people posting negative comments claim to be Christian.. brothers and sisters look what you are doing, being judgemental is one of the worst sins we could commit as Christians in this day and time. Secondly, if you've really listened to his lyrics, or seen some of his interviews you could see and hear how on fire this man is for Christ. That's the problem with Christianity today

@copperhairbelle The pic is based on a Catholic monastery, the men in robes are monks. Monks/friars are those that have devoted their lives so hardcore to Christ, that they live in poverty and wear those robes everyday for the rest of their lives. They devote themselves to prayer nearly 24/7. They don't date, they don't get married, they never go to the movies, they stay in the monastery and pray for the world. They do missionary work as well.

@christamlee8993 The problem with Christianity today is that it is not true scriptural living but more a sect of Catholicism. Most Christian's wouldn't recognize true scriptural living if it was staring them in the face in fact they would most often reject it. Scripture teaches us to test all thing and what spirit it is of. I don't condemn this man but he is either truly deceived himself with good intent or he is deliberately taking advantage of Christians ignorance.

To say "most" Christians are this or that when it is not possible that you personally know even 0.01% (I did the math) of all real Christians is a mistake. To say "most" Christians wouldn't recognize right living when it was "staring them in the face," and then to have the audacity to say that "most" would reject it? Come on, no one can even take you seriously with that kind of talk.

I can tell you that nearly all the christians I have known most of my life including my parents think I am part of a cult and when they are presented with scripture after scripture after scripture to help them see truth they hold on to their man made doctrine that has little to no scriptural basis and when it does they twist its meaning and take it our of context. I don't know how many of his interviews you have watched, but he seems like a serious Christian. His album cover is just that, a cover. I know that there are many people who are just religious and do not regard the word of God, but that doesn't mean that "most" Christians are like that. If people don't regard the word of God, maybe they aren't God's children.

Again, not sure what your background is, but there are large communities of Christians all over the world who live by the scriptures. I guess I was put off by your comment about Head only having two options, deception or ignorance. No one's perfect, but that's not righteous judgment. I don't like that he has new tatoos since he has believed, but I don't write everything else off because of it.

What Mr.Welch is showing is that Jesus and the garbage of this world are compatible. He wears two masks - one of a sincere follower of Christ, the other of a performing clown. With his face lifted up to God, he curses God by his blasphemous mockery. Isaiah prophesied of such, "...they shall curse their king and their God, and look upward" (Isaiah 8:21). What they preach and practice are two different gospels.

I know I was already a Christian, falling to pieces and just switching the type of music I listened to turned my life completely around. Some people may be doing it to glorify themselves, but you aren't listening to these guys, they are out there for God and God alone. The concert I was at they yelled yeah Jesus.

Lack of true religion causes war. A man of God wouldn't want to wage war against his brothers and would realize we are all brothers through Christ. @reaper1545 so the fact that when the romans opened his tomb and seen that his body was gone is not proff or at least evidence of his mircales? and many jewish historians have talked about jesus and his mircales both those are supported outside of the bible.
another factor could be the shroud of turin which was put over the dead body of jesus and was found in the tomb when they opened it. It has jesus body imprint on it you should really check it out quite intresting man!

Also I know about the Shroud of Turin. They say its of Jesus, But also there is no solid evidence of that being the Shroud Jesus wore, They just said it was his. But unless they can for sure prove it with some type of DNA there is no real solid proof of it to me.

The original bible had over 30 gospels which some catholic bishop decided to just keep 4 and throw out the rest. So you claim a book which you are only reading less than 13% of is 100% the truth.
