Whose accountability? What about the role the RDC played in destabilizing its neighbors during Mobutu regime (e.g. Angola just to name one)? One should learn from history but not become slave to its divides and hatred

Regarding the role RDC played in destablizing Angola, that can be attributed to the US installed dictator Mobutu who was supporting US Angolan proxy Jonas Savimbi who was wreaking havoc on the Angolan population - so yes you are right Savimbi, Mobutu and the US government did in fact destabilize Angola and one should learn from such destructive policies.

A very unbalance, bias and agenda driven documentary. Why isn't there any mention of Angola and Zimbabwe raping the wealth of RDC? The Kahemba territory given to Angola by Kabila isn't part of the RDC? Are the USA more responsible than France and Belgium with their colonial history for the problems the RDC has? An intellectual honesty is needed if one really wants to correctly analyze the problems in the RDC

1. Angola was a part of the orginal 1996 invasion of the Congo but was invited back in 1998 under the guies of SADC to defend the Congo against a second invasion by US backed Rwanda and Uganda. Both Rwanda and Uganda supported, armed and finnaced proxy groups inside the Congo long after the 2002 peace treaty.

2. You make a good point regarding Kahemba and you can also add the Congolese oil blocks in the Atlantic that Angola is currently benefitting from.
