Sister Esther Ekua is a great sheroe amongst us as Africans and I am not saying that as her friend and colleague.

Sister Ekua is so sharp, courageous and she knows how to uplift her families around her.

She's an inspiration amongst African people and I hope she can do more to help more of us.
