@CommissionFatLoss - thank you so much! we don't supplement anything, we follow macrobiotic principles. Eat naturally. No need to spend extra money when all the body needs is the elimination of chemicals and additives, and proper balance of macro nutrients. Healthy fats, grass fed or vegetable protein, and no refined carbs. Chewing 50 times per bite, and plenty of water. Simplicity works!
@froggyfriend11 - we have bad news. The harddrive that had all of our video files that Matt was editing crashed recently. We had to start over from scratch, but we're not giving up! Just a little more work is all. :) Also, we're far more active on our Facebook page for Vitality Advocate. Hope to see you over there!
@agentcoolcat - I usually do 10 to 20 reps on each exercise, and that's it. If you want you can do 2 or 3 sets. It just depends on your fitness level! Good luck!
@xxStarGazerLily - It will only burn like that during the first 2 weeks. I recommend donig them every 3 days. The time between allows the muscles to recover and tone. If you're glutes are still sore 3 days later, focus on stretches. That will help shorten recovery time. :) good luck and hope to see you on our facebook page!
just by looking this video my butt, thighs and back start to ache. .oooch so hard and tuff :S
i badly need to shed weight. I am 26year old, 5' 7 height & weigh 83 kg. Please tell any exercise/diet/supplement to reduce fast in a month PLEASE !!!!
@rajkumari909 - lol, this routine was really hard the first time for sure. Okay, the best thing I can tell you is, stay away from additives and chemicals in food. If you can cook instead of eating out, you will make tremendous progress if you are exercising at least 3 times a week. Most people don't realize that the junk they add to food is a BIG culprit when it comes to slower metabolisms. It will takes time though. Come over to our facebook page! We're always online over there.
@radevamarina - we have bad news. The harddrive that had all of our video files that Matt was editing crashed recently. We had to start over from scratch, but we're not giving up! @missjess0125 - The time usually depends on your body type, level of fitness and your diet. That area of the body stores plenty of fat. The same way guys store fat around the sides of their waist. Women store it in the hips and butt. The more active you are, the faster results you'll get, I recommend doing it twice a week. Allowing at least two days of rest. Hope that helps! Hope to see you over on our facebook page!
@caitlinandleticia - so glad it worked for you! More routines will be coming. Sorry for the delay in replying, Matt and I are more active on facebook Vitality Advocate page than on youtube. :)
@YouDontWantToEatMe - you're welcome! Keep it up! Sorry for the delay in replying, Matt and I are more active on facebook Vitality Advocate page than on youtube. :)
@Lovely5646 - you only get bulky muscle in your legs when you eat too much. In order for legs to grow bigger, they must be fed additional calories. If you eat a lean clean diet, and drink plenty of water, your legs should become toned and dense, not bigger. :) Do a search for Matt's video "Body Mechanix - The fear women have about gaining too much muscle" about this. Thanks for commenting, hope to see you over on facebook!
@chattelgomez - stretching and warming up are always good if you are using extra weight while working out. But because you are only using body weight, this routine can be used as a warm up itself! good luck and hope to see you on our facebook page! We're always online over there.
@adrienne120410 - hi adrienne :) The length of time usually depends on your body type, level of fitness and your diet. The reason the butt is lower is because that area of the body stores fat. The same way guys store fat around the sides of their waist. Women store it in the hips and butt. The more active you are, the more your body will flush its fat pockets, and your butt will look like it lifts, when in truth, it's simply becoming leaner. Hope it helps! come over to our facebook!
@coolman374 - hey there :) yes, I usually do 5 to 10 minutes of cardio to warm and loosen up before doing this routine. and our facebook page is: w (dot) facebook (dot) com (slash) vitalityadvocate. Matt and I just posted some steamy pics from a shoot we did last week, hope you like them!
@ariesrisin26 - Hey, actually i say how many i do at the end of the video, and twice a week. But because everyone is so different, it's important to try 10 reps with each exercise as a way to tell if 10 is too easy, or a bit too hard, or just right. Then go from there with. :) I wish you the best with it!
@summoner369metal - [this is Katya] thanks for commenting! I actually use Matt's ultimate 8pack routine. If you haven't seen it, it's on our channel page. We recently talked about filming me doing the routine :) so stay tuned!
