  • this is what i call the 'obscure blondie' material. which i love and relish much more than another listening of "sunday girl" or "heart of glass" . less polished and radio friendly than those, blondie's songs like this one are quiet rainy sundays, moments of true joy with friends, or silent epiphanies you get walking home on deserted streets. they penetrate deeper, like debbie's piercing eyes.

  • @jas22 I couldn't say it better. I found some real gems in the 'obscure Debbie'.

  • God this is good.

  • Excellent song written by G. Valentine

  • great driving music

  • Thanks for some rare early pix. Debbie is always beautiful, but she really had an extra something in those first few years, didn't she?

  • Superb; one of my favourite Blondie tracks, which I loved the first time I heard it as a bonus track. As someone else has commented, it's a mystery why this great track had been shelved for so long. Anyway, thanks for uploading this.

  • Stunning song! Debby there will never be anyone like you! Super.

  • My gosh this was a great song! I can't for the life of me understand why they chose a track like "Man Overboard" to be on the first album, BUT NOT THIS ONE! This song could have SO opened the second side of the record perfectly.

  • @MattHatter i do agree with you

Scenenry is one of my fave Blondie songs

but Man Overboard is a brilliant track on the first album!

  • again just great.....ty.
