Especially the 3/4 inch tape models used back then in video production...didn't you guys know about Betamax? ;) I worked at a TV studio in the early 1990's that used all Betamax/betacam...3/4 inch was for commercials by advertisers who refused to succumb to modernity :)
Great stuff Kerry thank you so much for posting, first time I ever heard this countdown and the sound from where you recorded was much louder than the NASA tape. The mix of all the audio withthe Saturn V films is brilliant.
Actually that is an early Apollo and Skylab Saturn IB, not a Saturn V at the very opening of the show.
