I have to do a report on this film and I can't find it anywhere....Can some1 give me a brief desercription on The director of the film and how he maybe made things interesting and different as well as how audrie hepern acting in the film I would truly appreciate it..
@OfficialBrettJustin- the movie is in public domain, which means no one owns the copyright & you can get it almost anywhere. A decent copy is on hulu and can be viewed for free.
The director, Stanley Donen (who is still alive) was a choreographer & previously Gene Kelly's collaborator on several films. This was his fourth and last film with Cary Grant, and the only time Hepburn and Grant appeared on film together. The film is a Hitchcock-like blend of suspense, romance & comedy.
Hahah, I had to watch this just because of "Gossip Girl"..........You know, when Chuck says "bad dream? Don't tell me it was "Charade" again, I know how terrifying you find Walter Matthau."
I just watched this movie for the first time on the plane yesterday...and I was flying home, sitting next to my best friend. I was constantly gasping at all of the twists and turns...it BLEW MY MIND!!! She was like "ha are you okay???"
I love this movie, and the theme is beautiful, too. A suspenseful film with a bit of humor and romance. But it did not get the credit or praise it deserved.
This movie is so funny and sexy! Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant are more irresistible than always!!!! And Mr. Grant is just a kind of uncontrollable. His funny facial expressions are just priceless... I loved it!
I looooooooove this movie

Between Grant and Hepburn, I can't see how a single frame of this film can contain this much gorgeousness without exploding.

@flaminia5 Now why would you post this? Did you just want to ruin it for people?

This is the best romantic comedy ever made. Close seconds are "The Lady Eve", "Two for the Road", "Annie Hall" and "Moonstruck".

This film is one of those 'gems'...a great director, cast, and script which stand ups still today. They do not disappoint.
