It does have certain similarities to Naruto, like how Yoite's Family tried to kill him when he was little, Miharu has something inside him, and the warring ninja factions.

In my opinion, it's portrayed more realistically, there's not a whole bunch of filler, voice acting is good, the art style's very pretty, the characters are more complex, and more. There are certain comparisons, however, I know many that dislike Naruto, and none that truly dislike this anime, Nabari No Ou.
