Your so right! You speak powerful words when you told the story about the girl and her mother. It reminded me so much of Bobby Griffith who committed suicide because his mother couldn't accept him and his family was religious. When Bobby killed himself his mother finally looked at herself and felt it was her fault he had done what he had done. I am also religious by the way and I have family members who can't accept it.

This video stirred up some very powerful thoughts and emotions for the both of us. I know of one particular person who has struggled greatly due to parental prejudice and I simply can not comprehend why a parent would distance themselves from the child that they brought into this world simple because of sexual orientation.
