There's no way I will ever be able to do this. You need tiny legs and a rubber spine. I have neither. Working on Kapela's tutorial now. It's more suitable to my style and ability. I may even grow a pair and post a vid one day :)

actually, this doesnt contort your spine at all, and i dont see why you would need to have tiny legs,

search Everydaymotions baby freeze tutorial and that should really help you, try learning this with your head on the ground firdt, it gives you more support

I can actually get the freeze pretty clean with my head on the ground. I'll check out that tutorial though. I've got Focus' DVD to help me as well. Thanks, man.
