this style reminds me a lot of my own Pak Hok Pai as they similar swinging punching motion (although at different angles). These are unusual for Southern styles such as Jow Gar, Choy Leet Fut and Pak Hok Pai and set them apart for a strong Northern Kung fu influences.

i currently do this style of kung fu it is very phisycly demanding but it is something you learn once then never have to use again

CLF is very similar to Jow Ga it seems. Similar empty hand movements.
