There is no better or worse professional musician or drummer, there are styles and interpretation, music is about appreciation and feeling. Marcos performance is awesome, same as Copeland´s, in my opinion both rocks.
Marco was intentionally overplaying...he loves the Police and wanted to have fun with it...there may have been 50 people standing around watching him play with the guys from Fallout when I took this video with my camera...sorry about the audio but it's what I had to work with...he is my vote to replace Portnoy in DT...
it's a shame that one drummer would shit such a big time , and still think he is playing well... the biggest shit i ve ever seen. Has no talent ...no dynamics... its like a monkey beating up the drums. For playing this song, first....the drummer has to understand the sound of it's instrument... have dynamics.... have touch ... this poor drummer was vomiting all over ... noisy and UGLY !!!!
