Is your 7 string a baritone by any chance? If so, that would mean it's defult tuning is B Standard. That would also make the strings pretty tight and nice to play on rather than a normal 25" neck, right? Just wondering, because I'm thinking on getting a baritone very soon. I would love to play in D Standard in the octave below.
Yeah nice done! HAve I right if I say that that was harder to remember all the notes and play it fast than it was to really play it? you know? Looks like there is no hard " teqnique" Am i right?
My tuning is BEADGBE which makes no big difference here to a drop a tuning.
You just have to play power chords on the low b string instead of using the baree with your index finger. Compare it to the original recording - same pitch.
@EnterTherapy i know this was posted a while back but Drop A is just the 7th string drops one step but on a six string (witch nile uses) is just tuned A E A D G B
DAMN! That's some incredible left-hand finger economy of movement!

WHat tuning do you have the guitar in? Did you just drop the lowest string down to A? or did you tune the whole thing down a step?

the reason it sounds so high is because it in normal tuning...
Nile tunes to Drop A.
Extremely low tuning.
Its the tuning I play in.

stupid, he's playing only of the guitar parts, he can't play the two, so you don't hear any harmony from the guitar that plays the lower guitar part

not bad, i actually think it's pretty accurate, did it by ear?
MustaineV 4 years ago
Thanks! I tabbed it first to find the right fingerscale to do it at high speed, then recorded it.
sCorpse666 4 years ago
Can you send me / or post the tab, i know it's silly to ask cuz everyone will. but i really mess up the hammer-on part at the end so i need a guide.

Pretty good, keep on practicing until you can nail the whole damn thing. Keep it up

It´s not even a "amp"...it´s a CRATE GX15R combo, haha...good enough for home practice though.
