well if you have done your research, you should know that there is all kinds of stimpulations when sentencing a person. depending on the severity of the case, a sexual assault does not require a life sentence. that would be harsh. but if you have to register as a sex offender for life, that would Brand a person forever. Meaning the Jessika Law would come into play with a minimum punishment of 25 years for repeat offenders. so lets not be bitter. do more research before wanting to kill the man

And lets be honest here, just because a predator has to register as one for the rest of his life isn't really a big punishment; if any at all. It is just to keep the children; your and my children safe and aware of pedophiles that may be living next door. Ofcourse, unless you think that is a harsh punishment, then you should think about moving next to one, and put your mind at ease.
