It's not just those 3 types. Some ground, fire and poison type pokemon are evil. The main 6 evil pokemon that most people should know are Rhydon, Crobat, Houndoom, Camerupt, Sharpedo, and Wevile. Does anybody see what they have in comon that makes them evil?

Rhydon is Giovani's(the leader of Team Rocket) star pokemon and Camerupt is Maxie's(leader of Team Magma) star pokemon.
