i only have it on the right ear is it cureable or not cuz im only 14 but im really scared and is it true that it can cause loss of hearing

hey iv had tinnitus for 2 years now most of the time i cry cus its so annoying but your site helped me pretty much of what i need i realyy dont know hw i could repy you
