The irony is that the year before TCF stopped making student loans because they said they don't make enough money off of them but yet the University of Minnesota has given exclusive franchise to TCF to operate on a branch and ATMs on the campus.

The stadium is looking very nice. I am glad to see the Gophers getting a top class home field. Still, I kinda miss old Memorial Stadium.

The Gophs will be playing on field turf ...it looks and feels like grass, but is actually synthetic. (It's the same stuff they have in Wisconsin, Michigan, Nebraska ...and many more)
