He is probly one of the easiest casters to use. Everything he has is aoe so he is guaranteed both kills and assists for every fight he is with. Not to mention his creep farm is just as easy. For global ult range nerf his should have been nerfed aswell. Unavoidable early unless your sivir or nocturne requires item to avoid

All I play are tanks and I took him into a ranked game on a free week using tank runes movement quints attack damage reds for last hitting. I went 19/2/30. Was against anivia mid. Took her down relatively easy. May not be a high elo player but there is no way you can't have karthas fed late game. Absolutely no way. Every team fight is a mix of 5 kills/assists

Seeing as how karthas ulti is guaranteed to hit 5 people regardless of position it is nearly always guaranteed 1-2 kills. And people still say trynd is op. Trynd cant kill you from his own fountain. Karthas can kill you from his. Trynd can be immune to death for 5 seconds but can be exhausted stunned and killed. Karthas cannot be cc'd while in his passive. Soo... how is that fair?
