Dude dont use portable, it happens everytime with vb6 portable edition. just buy or download it. Or just get visual basic 2008 for free.

uhm well it says autoplay so if your using a usb copy it to ur desktop or something, else this is a problem only with vista so try running it in compatible mode, hope i helped ( i liked the crystal stylers button )
