Well I enjoyed that (not the burger, which looked awful)! Thanks! Did you microwave it? If not, that's probably what it needs! That way the dry bun can be all warm, moist, and soggy and that gelatinous stuff can turn into "juice."  See? Perfect! You know, now that I think about it, I don't recall encountering the word "teriyaki" in Japan. Is that right?
