  • caralho o carcara deu uma porraada na camera hahahaha

  • @ carlsongracieteam also you said you competed in the Chicago open? Do you train at carlson gracie chicago? I know their new coach fabiano silva personally I suggest you ask him whether you earn 2 points for the take down or not lmao!!

  • @Carlsongracieteam do you really train jiujitsu? Carlson gracie team is a lineage of jiujitsu that has a history of some of the best competitors ever and you're a fucking dumb ass lmao look on the right and click jacare vs braulio jacare clearly recieves 2 points for the take down in the first 30 seconds when neither is losing? Ibjjf, org states 2 points for take downs aside from the countless judo and wrestling take downs scored in bjj given 2 pts..honestly? IF you train what belt are you

  • the song in the background so anoying

  • Guy should have a little more humility for lying on his back the whole fight.

  • You definitely get points for takedowns. And I believe knee on belly is 3 points, but I'm not 100% sure about that in IBJJF.

  • TARSIS VC É SINISTRO. VOU CONSEGUIR CHEGAR AÍ NO PRÓXIMO ANO EM NOME DE JESUS

  • You do get points for takedowns in ibjjf tournaments as well. As long as youre able to controll your opponent down for 4 secs after the takedown you score 2 pts. I did last panams and I happened to be taken down in one of my fights and my opponent did get the points.

  • @pcjudosambo Thanks man - I agree...we should always remember the true purpose of martial arts, and hey, we cant stop someone and say "do you mind if i throw some mats down on the street before we fight?"

  • @kyleertl yeah, plus all armies of the world have not applied this in their martial arts training (even those who practice BJJ). In Sambo competitions (which is a military based martial art) you're only allowed to proceed to the ground after an attempt (successful or unsuccessful) throw, no pulling guard. There are reasons (real life street effective reasons) why pulling guard was banned from all martial arts (Sambo, Judo, Wrestling)... BJJ should ban it too.

  • @pcjudosambo banning pulling guard in sport jiu jitsu would ruin the sport. the majority of the sport jiu jitsu worlds relys on the guard. and your dumb if you think someone is going to beat the shit out of a high level black belt that pull guard on them in a street fight. if you truly believe that you have never rolled with anyone even half way decent.

  • @carlsongracieteam i never "rolled" with any BJJ guys, my nephew "rolled" with BJJ guys in tournaments. Pulling guard is bad for competition because why would you learn how to stand up or how to throw when you can pull guard. That's why BJJ guys have a reputation of being one of the worst takedown artists. Take a look at my videos of my nephew who is a blue belt in Judo throw blue belt BJJ guys like rag dolls .. oh and submit them as well. Pulling guard should be banned! Many BJJ guys state so.

  • @pcjudosambo lmao? tell that to cobrinha, ryan hall, demien maia, bj penn, abmar barbosa, braulio estima, MARCELO GARCIA!, all of the pan am champs, and mundial champs pull guard when needed it is part of the sport? your dumb learn to pass the guard and quit crying like a bitch, bj penn won the mundials from the guard he must be a major pussy who gets thrown around by everyone, demien maia to there fucking terrible at takedowns, your so dumb u have no knowlege what so ever.

  • @carlsongracieteam BJ Penn was taken down like a rag doll by Edgar (twice). Anderson Silva was humiliated by Chael, Fedor took down Sobral, Nog (twice), Arona with ease. Karo threw Matt Serra (big time BJJ guy) like 5-7 times and after watching BJ Penns BJJ win, he was dragging ass as well... why go far, just look at 95% of BJJ fights ... all drag ass, pathetic. I bet you drag ass as well when you "roll". Get a wake up call, watch my videos to see BJJ guys fly. BAN THE PULLING GUARD!

  • @pcjudosambo yeah by other wordclass fighters idiot.. but the average person couldnt touch any of them, u said pulling guard should be illegal because it doesnt translate to a street fight u really dont think if bj pulled guard on some random fool in bar who knew nothing the random fool would beat him your so dumb just stop talking, matt serra jj isnt a world class leve, and neither is andersons who still won, you know nothing about the sport of jiu jitsu and they will never ban the guard pull.

  • @carlsongracieteam everyone and even about 10% of BJJ guys who woke up know everything about the sport and they all can summarize it in 2 little words "ass dragging". Frank Mir was right, BJJ guys lost touch with their takedown/throwing skills, many grapplers like BJJ killer Matt Hughes state that BJJ guys tied up their "skills" into submissions, they forgot the art of grappling. Good thing Wrestling, Judo, Sambo still grapple. Good thing major grappling comps remove points for pull guard.

  • @pcjudosambo kid u know nothing about bjj and if you do lets talk some guards since u hate them so much, de le riva guard, x-guard, quarter guard, deep half guard, butterfly guard, spider guard, octupus guard, upside down guard, turtle guard, just to name a few, all the guards in bjj have over 10000 sweeps, submissions, and options, the reason bjj has guard pulling is because the guard is one of the greatest things in bjj, other sports allow only limited ground fighting, the guard is huge in bjj

  • @carlsongracieteam fine, use the guard, use a knife, use a bat when you're on the ground. Don't pull your ass onto the ground, there are about 20000 ways to get your opponent on the ground so you can start utilizing the x-guard, butterfly, spider, elephant, roach, or the entire zoo-guard, or sweeps (or your beloved guard passes since you'll be on top after a takedown). All these things can be utilized without ass dragging. Throw the guy, proceed to ground work... simple as that.

    zoo-guard :-)

  • @pcjudosambo lol u cant take someone down and use x-guard, you have to be in guard to use x-guard u fucking tard so what u just said has no relevance. your dumb im finished talking to you

  • @carlsongracieteam you must be a typical tap out wearing 15 year old with IQ score of 87. You didn't even understand the point behind my post. Go drag ass!

  • @pcjudosambo im a bjj player why would i wear tapout? and im not 15 and i have no idea on my iq but i scored very well on my sat in highschool. and i play ever part of bjj which explains why im so much more knowledgeable than you are you have never even been to a dojo who are you to talk? i try to talk technical guards with you and all you can do is be a smart ass with random made up things like zoo guard

  • @carlsongracieteam good thing you're a bjj player. I am not, you're right about that. The highest achievement I ever had was placing 3rd in Jr. American Judo Nationals over 15 years ago (not counting dozens of local and state-wide championships) If you play every part of BJJ, then you must be good with your standup, correct? If so, why are you defending ass dragging so much? If you're good with standup, then clearly you know that it's much more effective then ass dragging.

  • @pcjudosambo bjj isnt stand up lmao that's, grecco, wrestling, judo, etc, bjj is what happens when it hits the ground lmao once agian you prove how dumb you are.

  • @carlsongracieteam whaaa? i agree that bjj guys are horrible at stand up but to say that bjj has NO stand up or BJJ isn't stand up...you could have been smart and say something like "bjj has standup but it focuses on ground mroe"... but you said bjj isnt stand up. I think the people viewing these comments just saw exactly who you are. Case is closed, thank you for your time.

  • @pcjudosambo lol? the martial art of jiu jitsu involves no stand up what so ever, judo deals with the clinch the wizard and the standup, catch wrestling, and grecco, along with traditional are what deal with takedowns, you will never go to a brazilian jiu jitsu class and learn takedowns that is a promise your an idiot who has never trained quit wasting my time i have better things to do than talking to idiots

  • @carlsongracieteam dude, how old are you? 12? stop acting like a child. Wiki BJJ first of and second of all why do they start every single match standing? So they can fall on their ass??? why not start the match on the ground? why do they give points for takedowns (in all jiujitsu comps)? You know, I get PM about your comments telling me how silly you sound and that you must be around 12 or something. Geez, talk about having IQ of 87 here. Peace out kido.

  • @pcjudosambo they dont give points for takedowns in all bjj comps, they dont give points in the ibjjf system for that they give advatages for it if a match is close and someone is pressing the action by getting a takedown, and second they start every match standing so the competitors have a choice of where they want to take the fight if they want to have the opponent in there guard, or if they want to be in the opponents guard, why keep trying ive proven you wrong everytime?

  • @carlsongracieteam dude, people are laughing at you, just stop it, it's silly at this point .. especially the part "they dont give points for takedowns in all bjj comps" .. stop, it's too funny.

  • @pcjudosambo really uve seen points given at the worlds? the euros? the pan ams? for takedowns i said all ibjjf approved which includes the most prestigous tournaments. yes grappling tournaments which invite all styles give points for take downs like naga, grapplersquest, etc. but ibjjf (international bjj federation) tournaments like the worlds (mundials) pan ams etc dont give points for takedowns your dumb and dont know bjj

  • @carlsongracieteam ok so you state ibjjf does not give points for takedowns, then explain this on their web site :

    ibjjf . org / rules.htm

    scroll down till you see:

    HOW TO LOCK THE SCOREBOARD

4 points – mount, back grab

3 points – passing the guard

2 points – take downs, sweeps and knee on the belly

    -1, -2... - penalties

    1, 2, 3... – advantages

you're such a noob, go back to your room and just turn off the computer. You just helped me prove my point, I'm done talking to you.

  • @pcjudosambo lol? i promise those are not the rules and you cant get 3 advantages lmao. i just competed at the ibjjf international open in chicago this month trust me i know what im talking about.

  • @carlsongracieteam ok so ibjjf is wrong and you're right... wow what a noob. end of our conversation, good day.

  • @pcjudosambo your so dumb i just competed in the tournament last week where i took the guy down multiple time and was never awarded points, 3 points side control, 2 for knee on belly, 4 full mount, 4 back mount, 2 for sweep, advantages, north south, sub attempts, sometimes on takedowns if the fights are very close, but im not going to argue with you i know your knowledge is limited you had no idea of any of the guards i was trying to talk about.

  • @pcjudosambo plus your dumb your changing the discussion first you say pulling guard should be banned now your trying to argue scoring system? lets argue about stoplight's. for fuck's sake just stop talking do the world a favor and delete your youtube account holy fuck.

  • @carlsongracieteam you can read the rules at ibjjf dot org slash rules

  • @carlsongracieteam dude at UniJJ they teach take downs

  • @Shakesama bro gracie barra no takedowns, alliance no takedowns, lloyd irvin no takedowns, carlsongracie no takedowns, rickson's no takedowns they dont teach takedowns

  • @carlsongracieteam why are you so mad? haha

  • pull guard = gay

  • nah. I think he beat marcelo in the final..

  • the ref really doesnt want us to see the takedowns

  • @kyleertl u mean the guard pull?

  • @kyleertl it was a guard pull, which is a horrible and unpractical technique that should be banned because it's not effective on the street. Sambo & Judo already banned it long time ago.

  • @pcjudosambo you're not gonna find guys on the street wearing a gi

  • @beeefbeast you're right, but your shirt can be applied as a gi. Any Judoka can choke you out if you're wearing a shirt, sweater, jacket, coat, etc. Arm locks and throws, no clothes are necessary, any Sambist or Judoka can arm lock any person with or without clothes. So this applied to ALL BJJ guys.

  • @beeefbeast the gi makes your technique better if you can defend youself in a gi where there are gi chokes and many other things sleeve controls, then in a street fight where there is no gi the guy has a lot less options to attack you with, there is a reason every bjj world champion trains in the gi on a regular basis, and every single one of the ufc champions throw on a gi even brock who trains under rodorigo.

  • Tarsis for president!!!

  • pq essa luta soh tem 6 min?

  • very technical fight great to watch so very close.

  • GB RULEZ!!!

    Braulio is the best!!!

  • ohh damm he actually lost by points crazy...that throw to the camera guy was uncalled for

  • @MrLewyboy p.r.i.c.k

  • odeio essa porra de 50/50

    kkkkkkkk

  • \/ \/- Another douchey brazilian hating on the 50/50 guard because they can't figure out how to instantly beat it. Get on the mat and learn how to defend, it sucks being put in someone's smashing side control or stuck in closed guard but no one's crying about it trying to ban the position in tournaments. Man up and expand your game or take your heel hook.

  • well douchey whatever, I know how to beat it, I just don't like it because you have to sit on the mat to do so, and sometimes you will get swept, I don't want it to be ban, you are the one who should get your game expanded, because you don't know how to open a closed guard i hate douchey white belts like you who doesnt know the game

  • @getthetapjj I'm an American and I think the 50/50 kinda sucks. But, I still use it occasionally. I just don't like to see an entire match stalled because of it.

  • braulio is a beast

  • he didnt get pionts for the sweep because when he swept tarsis went on the foot and you dont get points for a sweep until you get out of the sub, when he got out tarsis went to his knees and pulled guard,so its like he went to his feet and pulled guard,no points!

  • Can someone tell me why the place is empty when this is the abu dhabi finals? I thought this was the world cup of jiu jitsu? No one flys to the United Arab Emirates or what?

  • that was bullshit! Braulio cleary won that fight on points. stupid ref! don't get invold with bjj if you don't anything about it. dipshit

  • how and why did the match end? I didnt see a submission, did they simply run out of time?

  • @mlezcano Yes, obviously. And Tarsis won on points, probably because of the sweep.

  • Whats the first tune?

  • How does the ref give a stalling point to the fighter on top while he is trying to pass and not to the fighter on the bottom who is holding the guard and not looking to advance the fight?? very bad decision

  • Loved Tarsis' guard. Wow. Yes it was a slow fight but u can see the fatigue in Braulio's posture. Despite fatigue, they still rolled well.

  • what a travesty they hit braulio with stalling when he was trying to pass thats rediculous tarsis was the one stalling. that made him tfy to force a weak pass giving tarsis an oppertunity to sweep. good job by tarsis but etrocious reffing sorry...

  • Totally agree mate. Braulio was trying to pass and it didn't look like Tarsis was trying anything. He may have been waiting for that one specific sweep, but that's stalling imo.

  • claro q foi raspa!!!

    vamos aprender as regras!!!

  • Seriously . . .WTF is with the music!?!?

  • Every video has that crappy music playing.

  • Braulio won that for sure what was the score

  • did you miss the sweep at the end?

  • damn.. that music has to go.. At least play something more motivational !!!! Its horrible..

  • Tinha que ter 3 juizes ai...

There should've been at least 3 referees!

  • Não Foi reaspagem não estabilizou 3 segundos nao conta como raspagem !!

  • Man I was there i would've destroy those speaker to stop that horrible music

  • That isn't a sweep, advantage at the most.

  • Braulio won that obvioulsy. It was never and advantage.

  • i agree that the point given was definitely harsh, but i fail to see how braulio scored a single point either, in your eyes. i cant see anything he does that was worthy of a point if i missed something please show me where...

lets be honest, it was a terrible final, not enough action. 2 extremely good grapplers though so respect to both for reaching the final

  • Braulio got the sweep at the start. He was obviously trying to pass guard once he got on top... definitely should not have been penalised for stalling.

  • umm did you miss braulio's sweep at 0:34 through 1:14?

  • The music sucks

  • i heard braulio came 3rd. If this is the final he came 2nd? did i hear wrong?

  • 2nd in the Absolute. 3rd in his weight class.

  • Thank you. Thats cool.

  • Não foi raspagem nunca! juiz burro pra karaleo

    sua anta!

  • never seen the omoplata sweep like that before good stuff.

  • Amazing!
