Really, it's your preference. Each instrument, at times, is not heard, but generally:

Bass/Drums - easiest to be heard, Guitar - usually buried (sound wise) by said bass/drums, but gets more "interesting" parts to play, and piano is almost always buried by the other sounds all together except on certain parts, which all instruments usually get here and there. Also, guitar and keyboard are a bit hard to learn to play while the bass is easy and the drums just require rhythm. Good luck on choosing!
