In P4, he sounds sexy. Actually, he sounds like a more educated, badass version of Shuji Ikutsuki... Then again, it's the same voice actor. But still, he sounds sexy here.
@booman014 Dan Woren voices Igor in both Persona 3 and 4, but his performances are different in each game. I agree with amunetax that this performance is better than the one he gave in Persona 3.
@Mio1570 it almost seems fitting doesn't it? Because of his strange state of existance between dreams and reality, some aspect of him remain malleable to the perceptions of the individual protagonist.

I like how The version of the Velvet Room reflects the MC's development XD
P4= Velvet Limo on a Foggy road (cause in P4 you can stray from the right path XD)
P3= Rising Elevator (you can't stray from Minato's Path to Ascending Maternal epicness)

I don't know why the developers did it. Maybe to keep the story original, but*SPOILERS*
it is explained in P4 how and why she left. Only on your second playthrough though.

Ah, so the Velvet Room theme is exactly the same in P4. I thought they might have used a different version for the next game.
