NaruSaku FTW! Out of all of the pairings in Naruto, NaruSaku is the one that makes perfect sense. Naruto has never had any romantic feelings for Hinata and will always see her as a friend and nothing more, so the chances of NaruHina happening is big fat 1%. SasuSaku is out of the question.

@ilovesunny8887 KIshimoto made them BE on the same team, so they would grow closer. like most animes he had to give a reason for them to start to like each other, and being around each other for so long made them comfortable with each other. There have been all sorts of hints, obvious and not as obvious. And naruhina isn't nearly as popular in Japan as it is in the U.S. But good writers don't base ships on popularity anyways. They base it on the story they want to tell and have been telling. And that's NaruSaku.

@ilovesunny8887 KIshimoto made them BE on the same team, so they would grow closer. like most animes he had to give a reason for them to start to like each other, and being around each other for so long made them comfortable with each other. Sakura is always there for him. <3 it also makes perfect sense that she didn't like him at first. don't forgot she was the only genin with a good reason for hating him. ( she thought he was a bully.) not only that Sakura is a Tsundere, look it up. :)

There have been all sorts of hints, obvious and not as obvious. And naruhina isn't nearly as popular in Japan as it is in the U.S. But good writers don't base ships on popularity anyways. They base it on the story they want to tell and have been telling. And that's NaruSaku.

(IN MY OPINION) Kishi seems to push his females aside and mainly focus on naruto and sasuke

I don't know why i'm watching this, i'm a naruhina fan. Well, I don't really think that Sakura is the best choice for naruto, for a few reasons:
1-Sakura never liked naruto before, onlt now she "kind of" likes him, just because he is a lot more powerful and knows cool jutsus
2-Sakura is bouncing from guy to guy like a volleyball
3-Sakura is in love with Sasuke, just like vash504 said, from day one x]
4-Hinata loved naruto from the very start, and she never ever gave up on him, not even now.

@IIvanoviiich I really hate to tell what is happening in the manga to those who don't read it, but if you're going to tell try to be sure of what you say..First of all you're completely wrong, I think you're mistaking Hidan with Pein. Hidan was killed by Shikamaru and he never fought with Naruto and it was after Asuma's death..You're right about Hinata who tried to protect him but it was while fighting Pein and she told Naruto about her feelings for him and also he had up to 8 tails..
