If i'm not mistaken a super saiyan has a power level well above 3 million...which is kind of higher than 1,030 which would make mr.popo at a level beyond that...which he clearly keeps hidden for obvious reasons.

But that part was not in the manga, meaning its not canon (one of many non-canon scenes, like Goku vs. Pikon for example) Besides i dont think Goten and Trunks were using all that much power, they didn't intend to kill Popo :) so just to say, they were probably suppressing much of their power. Also, super saiyan Goku was 150 million when he first transformed, so I assume Goten or Trunks at full power might as well be over 100 million.
