It's probably not supposed to flow? My guess is, considering that's the "Outro", since this is a remix, it's extended so It can be mixed. Mixing the intro and outro is what you do. Which is why it's so flat, and if you listened. It's not really changing. It's the same thing that was in the middle of the song, just without a melody.
