Åkerman had a very nice feature: On the right stick you had one button were you could temporarily change track speed as long as the button were pressed.
For example; you run on 'high' track speed - the "hare" - when you see that you need to change direction a bit. Now you press and hold the button and the machine will change from "hare" to "turtle" track spped so you can change your direction, when you're satisfied then release the button and the machine goes back to "hare" speed again.
@Dolomedesspider continues....: This means you don't need to search for the high/low speed selector button on the dashboard for temporary need of a speed change. This button could also be used for some extra hydraulic boost to the boom cylinder(s) if I don't remember it wrong...
@MXpilotch Okay =) I have an H7C my self. its an -88 years and it have a other newer cab and little faster hydrauilcs but it still very slow traction =(
