it's all about Africom and The USA Rapping Africa of Natural Resources. DO not think it is TIME for this TO STOP. We Congolese People have Suffered Alot

Hmmmm.....why is Cobolt important? That's Congo's greatest Global Resource (what they offer the World)! Or did some Geologist just determine "There must lots of Oil....right there (a X in the middle of Congo)....
Make no mistake, any terror in Africa is always puppeted by some Western (White) Government over some Natural Resource! We are a sick freakin' people!
@oldhacks Trust me, many politicians and businesses (many american) like it very much that people don't care about what is going on in Africa. That is the tragedy, if people would take more interest, their would be more pressure.
Solution: Send massive UN force, eliminate everyone in uniform, everyone with a gun, send some seeds, and let all the civilians to be. This is starting to get ridiculous, they shot, they kill, they shoot, they kill. And we drop rice from planes and fell bad for them. Why? Just solve it, the hard way.
moralobserver: okay, then just dont participate in any election, shut up, and let the people that believe that the united states is a democracy have the power.
"What makes America unique is not that it has elections--even dictatorships hold elections--but that its elections take place in a country limited by the absolute principle of individual freedom. From our Declaration of Independence, which upholds the unalienable rights of every individual, among which are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, to our Constitution, whose Bill of Rights protects freedom of speech and the freedom of private property."
"Contrary to popular rhetoric, America was founded, not as a democracy, but as a constitutional republic--a political structure under which the government is bound by a written constitution to the task of protecting individual rights. Democracy does not mean a system that holds public elections for government officials; it means a system in which a majority vote rules everything and everyone, and in which the individual thus has no rights."
america is just a democracy with a particularly old and outdated constitution. the end of your second comment, your description of democracy, shows that you are ignorant about how a modern democracy works.
the last 8 years have exposed the flaws in your political system, maybe you are right, maybe the united states are just an outdated caricature of democracy, a republic, with a fucked-up constitution that will never change.
article two of the US constitution regulates the election-system. this outdated and flawed election-system is responsible for the fact that you have a 2-party system, and it is impossible for a third party to get into power. most votes get deleted before they have any effect on the federal level.
this article is responsible for your problems. it makes your democracy unrepresentative, slows progress, and makes corruption easier.

It's not that simple. You can't just walk in and disarm them, and they will fight back hard.

democracies do have constitutions.

Old and outdated eh? If we had followed it like we should have, America wouldn't be in the mess it's in now.
Maybe you should stop listening to talking points.
