It is so difficult in this current economic environment to run a small business. The new MCTMT tax is an unrealistic, unnecessary burden to impose on small businesses and self-employed people - especially when they make no use whatsoever of commutation into or out of the Metropolitan area in order to conduct their respective businesses.
