I felt if I acted the part then I was fine...this song decribes my life cause now that I am 6 Mth clean I am tired of just playing the part...I want to devote my life totally to God...I want him to direct my path..and now I realized how much time I really wasted...but now ready to give HIM all of me.

Just spent all afternoon at a church music program doing nothing but volunteering and getting nothing out of it. They sang this song at the program. I came onto youtube to try to find this song to get it out of my head, and instead I watched the entire video and found it talking about me. It fits my Christian life to a T. I'm done going through the motions because i get nothing out of life this way!

This song really speaks to me. I start tearing up every time I hear it. I'm a scholar at heart and have a passion for biblical history and archeology, but sometimes I let my intelectual passion get in the way of what's really important and I start 'going through the motions without realizing it. =(

To all,
I've just been given a gift. I was shown in a relatively short paragraph most of my negative comments made on the different sites. I'd like to apologise for they were not kind and I was not responding as a christian should. My choice of words were hurtful and made in haste and anger. I will from this point on be more aware of how I should respond in the manner set for by Jesus in scripture.
