I remember this, what you dont realise on this game is there are magnetic fields pulling on your ship which screws up your timing and control and they get harder the deeper you progress. It was so frustrating as you had to load this game by tape which took ages, maybe it was easier on keyboard cos I was using a flight style joystick.

One of the BEST games ever on the Spectrum! It wasn't THAT hard. I got through a few levels without cheating. There were only about 5 levels anyway.

Paul your mic is far from the best and please get off the booze. Then your voice will sound fresher and you can keep up with the gameplay

you think this is hard? ha! the speccy version only has 3 levels, whereas the Amiga version has a 4th level almost as big as the other 3 combined, whilst the C64 version has a complete lack of decent collision detection.
if you want a real challenge, try Cybernoid 2 on the Amiga. I dare you!

U gotta be strategic with the weapons - use the shield, then bounce then back on the shield and pick up an extra shield. I brought this when it first came out and nearly got a stiffy over it!

The difficulty of this game is pretty much standard for most Speccy games, but it really isn't that difficult once you know what's coming.
