hi ya,because stargate the movie was just that a movie,then afterwards they decided to do a tv series and RDA plays jack oneil in the series...and my own personal thought is richard dean anderson did a better job,i have watched all the series,every episode of sg1,not so many of atlantis cus i couldnt get into it at first...sg1 is the best tv show ever done in my view,looking forward to the next movie..
