I watched your videos about tapping and i thought all was good uptil now. i dont really get this. spend someone elses money and dont pay and you call this good? or am i missing something?

@LiviaOravska oh your missing something alright... Did you not hear him say he had a life threatening illness that kept him from working for a year and had always before paid his bills. He is not telling people to stop paying their bills. He's trying to offer help for people who have found themselves in a deep dark hole. What is so hard to understand about that?

Thanks for posting this David, I been there with credit card bullies...swines..long time ago..but its all true what you say..people..stand up..they are hitting you when you are week..if it happned me again I would go all the way to court..take em on..tell the courts about bullying...have no fear...these companies instill fear in you to frightten you into to paying..dont put up with it...tell them to set a court date and you will see them there..to hell with them..David thats good advice

My house was burned to the ground and so i lost everything, then i did what "sosiaty" said i should do and owened up..... embarressed tired and exausted ...

But I learned that the hard way ... went to the cleaners then sorted myself out (which took about 18monmths) .....

Hi David, I am new to your newsletters and am finding them extremely helpful. I wondered if I could ask you some advice? Recently I have discovered this April 2007 fact about credit agreements :-)

Currently creditors are calling and sending letters, I have late payments and if I miss this month then I will be in the arrears catagory. I have a company challenging my cases for me and they 3-12 months for the debts to be cleared. Shall I just stop paying and say that I am considering Bankruptcy

you need to contact your local government agency that deals with financial debt advice and ask there advise. I can advise you, you must be responsible for your own actions... trust your inner 'gut' feeling and do what feels right to move yourself ahead. good luck to you and remember, you can do this if you just think clearly and play them at their own game... use the law to help you as i did.

All things went well after i cleaned up my fears. suddenly from every corner i got help. The most fear what the companies have and don't like to hear is when you say the words i will go bankrupt.

i know what you mean, i have no debt or cards and was recently turned down for a debit card because i have no debt record!! it's a crazy world we live in but it's designed that way by the bad boys of wall street to encourage us into more and more debt. thanks for the comment, i appreciate it.
