  • marijuana

    :)

  • marijuana made my anxiety EXTREMELY worse to the point I'm developing OCD/depression..Im going to need pills to cope because of weed it made me kinda get depersonalization/derelization.

  • I was diagnosed with anxiety 16 years ago.

0.5 mg of Xanax three times daily.

Side effects = none for me, unless you count not experiencing anxiety as a side effect.

Don't get me wrong, I tend to be the first one to avoid western medicine and hate having to take these pills daily, but after hearing the bullshit you have to go through just to cope with anxiety I think you might wanna consider Xanax.

Taken it exactly as prescribed while on Entheogens and other substances.

    Always mixes great.

    :)

  • patronising bitch she doesn't understand what a real anxiety attack is real anxiety when u have it will not allow u too practise any of this it will completely overwhelm u

  • You explained it well. Well done.

  • .... and also sometime I look at the stars at night and imagine the negative energy being sucked away by all the black holes, and also sometimes I pour salt all over the grass of someone's yard I don't like. It doesn't help with the negative energy, but it's still fun to spell out words in their grass, and sometimes I take LSD and upload videos to youtube....

  • just shoot me up with whatever they gave me in the er all day everyday!

  • man ive been to the ER 5 times in the past 3months from anxiety...its so scary..i really think im having a heart attack!!! man i hate it..i called ambulance they hook me up to machines and tell me my heart is fine...i tried to avoid pills but i give in xanax xanax xanax..thank god for xanax!!im going to costa rica in 2 weeks and dude i dont think im coming back...lord help me!!

  • Everyone in my house is asleep and I am feeling rather panic-ridden. I happened to come across this video and I guess in a way you were the person here telling me I'd be okay... "Just breathe and you'll get through it." So true. Everything you said is so true. Thank you.

  • i've heard pets make people live longer/healthier because they help the person stay happy.

  • did you ever get anxiety attacks in class? It's so hard to cope with this...

  • THank you for all of your videos...they are great!!

  • "Kava kava is a very useful supplement for anxiety attacks as well- and much safer than benzos. "

Bacopa is a great herb for anxiety ! And depression too!

  • I think it's funny you cleared the fact that the fdta hasn't evaluated some facts.

  • you should check out this video and go to the website to listen to the free program. it might help you with panic attacks and even more. watch?v=3ArtxNt606U

  • you have such great advice..I treasure it

  • Ok Ive only been high 3 times and 2 of the times I freaked out.

My heart was beating out of my chest, I was extremly paranoid, and I couldnt enjoy anything.

    Music turned into carnival music.

My phones QWERTY keyboard floated off the phone and I couldnt type.

But the worst part was my heart. It was beating so strongly and it scared me and also I was extremly scared of everything.

Now, even when Im not high, I have these panic attacks.

    Whats wrong?

  • Relax, the world will spin beside itself and suck you in... with threats and hopes beyond compare.

  • hahahah! I just think thats very funny and cute :) Because i had the same "reactions".

  • i notice ur a musician, so am i im dedicated to the drums,i apparently have adhd but anxiety above all else so addaral ,ritalin was a no go for me cuz of added anxiety later on in the "high" of the med, meth was better sadly,anyways-im goin into a shrink to perscribe me zanex here in the army, ill see how it works ,not sayng meds are the answere , i noticed this comment b4 the vid started ill watch this vid ina sec,,sry i hav a lil buzz , alc. helps with my anxiety and "adhd"

  • omffffddzzzzz dats EXACTLY tha same fing dt happnd 2 me!!!! im havin 1 of those them rite now aswell! we need 2 find help:)

  • i usually think positive, ever since Ive become more and more christian my anxiety has been going away. i hope that Jesus will help my overcome this anxiety, and health hypochondria.

  • the best way to rid yourself of anxiety, is weed. Nuff said

  • Sykotiik: for you .

  • In doses.. Smoked all day long jus makes things worse..

  • My breathing anxiety started from having too much weed. :/

  • that makes it evn worse.

    thats how mine started!

  • For me the best thing for anxiety is diazepam, works every time

  • You are such a sensuous girl, so sexual...the best way to both cure our anxiety is sex, but good quality one.

  • I usually get really shaky and jittery when I get anxiety. For me the best way to help this is to take a shower with the water hot for a few moments and then turn it quickly to cold. The chill usually helps immediately.

But for racing thoughts... good ol' Mary Jane is my baby.

  • thc

  • lol she said tea bag

  • That was very immature... Doesn't mean I didn't laugh.

  • I do that as well every time I shower- imagine the water washing away all the negative energy, it's a really great way to incorporate meditation into your every day life even if you are busy.

Kava kava is a very useful supplement for anxiety attacks as well- and much safer than benzos.

  • i tried it but valerian doesn't do anything when i take it. mental discipline can help though. and not thinking that anxiety is 'bad' for you. well it may be to a certain extent, but thinking that way sets up a vicious circle that can escalate the anxiety a lot. i guess the best thing to do is just let the anxiety go...easier said than done, i know.

  • recently ive had anxiety attacks. its been because i had a minor surgery. i absolutely panicked when i thought about what they were going to do. it was fine. i smoked some weed and say the wound they left. VERY deep hole. i had an attack. i had to lay down. made me trip tho lol but then i had one of t he best days of my life yesterday and all of that is gone. a day in nature with friends

  • Valerian makes my dreaming goofy, I don't like it.

    Smile! Have a nice day.

  • lexapro does that to your dreams too

  • yeh but exercising and feeling good and confident always helps..than take it from there right

  • herbs are very weak for me

  • AvionDream is correct.

  • You become what you meditate on ( you are what you think), meditate on Love and you Become Love : ) Forget the crap......SIMPLY forget it.........sifting through the infinite loops of mind looking for the 'answer' is like chasing rainbows....its a fruitless trap. This way of living needs to be learnt, the same way we 'learnt' to be obsessed with the mind, we need to learn to forget it, rest it, only use it appropriately not obsessively. Peace.

  • valium :P

  • Exercise!! Learn an instrument!! Sing, Dance..Expand your mind. Learn about cultures..Read..There is so many natural things u can do. Wen are ppl gonna realize U DONT NEED DRUGS!!

    U DO GOTTA HAV SOUL!!

  • i got a natural way to cure wat ur talking bout. smoke a joint biaaaaaaaaaaaatch

  • Meditate or masturbate in the shower?

  • she seems very medicated.

  • I used to have anxiety attacks, as well, but after my Psych. professor taught me that you just need to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth it will slow your heartrate and should cease your panic attack... I've tried it many times and that is why I don't get them anymore, anyways I love this girl, she so eccentricly unique like no girl I've ever met, if you are her please resond because I would like to talk to you and find out more about you....

  • I agree with the chamomile suggestion, but valerian has an opposite effect on me (I get jittery), so I don't take it. But I completely agree with the suggestion to buy whole herb and making teas rather than buying supplement pills.

Kava and mulungu both work wonders for me, especially when taken a few times a day in lower doses (they both seem to have a cumulative effect).

  • Wow...Thanks NeuroSoup

I've been trying to get over my anxiety for weeks. At one point I found "that place" but lost it by the next day.

This video brought me back to that place and I hope I can visit for just a bit longer : )

  • You said valerian root and camomile teas... is there a tea that has those two together or do you do them at different times?

  • Neurosoup. Thank you for sharing your natural methods of healing.

You are very brave and compassionate woman. I applaud you.

    Have a great LIFE.

  • Nurosoup is awesome. Thanks for another great video.

  • V. Good

  • I should add that Holy Basil is worth trying as a calmative. It has its name for a reason. Some yogis theorize that it's actually an essential nutrient for the kundalini system. For those with activated kundalini, it enhances an "inner" calm. For years, I've been taking it daily to assist with my yoga practice.

  • Very good advice. To get nice and sleepy and relaxed with no hangover, try taking 40 drops valerian extract with 20 drops passionflower, 200mg. L-theanine, and 1 mg. melatonin. This will synergize any tranquilizers or alcohol, so be cautious about it.

  • take some valium, easier, haha

  • that works with paranoia to. sometimes.

  • Thank god. I get paranoid every time I blaze.

  • Nooooo...

    Codeine FTW

  • diazepam FTW

  • thank you. I have horrible anxiety attacks and I will try what you have recommended.

You keep doing what your doing...trying to help others.

  • How about faith in lord xenu. I've heard that scientology is a great way to get rid of anxiety....along with your bank account and your mind.

  • hahaha, cheeky prick.

    Lots of love

    Lord Xenu

    xoxoxoxo:)

  • hahahaha that religon is a load of shit you want a good religion i created it its called triptoligy and it actuially makes sence

  • Krystal is so perfect

  • I want to slap you, I have not been able to listen to one of these video's all the way through....pet the dog? OMG....and the enema video was the worst!!!!

  • put on a led zepplin CD. Hey hey mumma said the way you move.

  • hey chica, ever think that your anxiety issues could be connected with all this drug use? I've done a few drugs in my day too and i can say they were responsible for a good portion of my anxiety troubles.

  • this girl is cool

  • READ THIS: I have had panic attacks since I was 12...I am 55 now. I have a hell of alot of experience with this....somewhat of an expert. (1) what works for one person may NOT work for someone else. Some panic is caused by a brain abnormality and some caused by a traumatic experience. (2) SEE A DOCTOR...there are some "amazing drugs" out now. You may have to try a bunch till you hit the jackpot" (3) This will not "just go away"...you have to see a professional

  • Lmao! um yeah i had a pannick attack and that shit doesnt work just talk ur self down from it splash some cold water in ur face, my doc prescribed me 20 lorazepam for anxiety, I know benzos are addictivie n shit but i only take them when REQUIRED

  • why do you take so many drugs? drugs raise anxiety

  • I agree with you about the animals part, i remember my dog always usetoo come to me when i would be suffering from emotional pains or whatever else.

Now that he's gone its a real downer..

  • Good for you girl! But those herbs have been tested and don't work well enough for most people. For me they don't do anything at all.

And family, unconditional love, UNCONDITIONAL? that's really rare nowadays.

  • i just love you, i suffer of anxiety disorder, and after 2 years today i realized how much of my life this fear is stealing away, i don´t know how still, but i´m gonna get free of this, and seriously i think you are awesome. thanks for the vids

  • You can do it! I had anxiety problems too, I look far back on those days and have been free of anxiety for a long time now. My number one tip is, hands down, YOU CAN DO IT! Sometimes it seems hopeless, it seems anxiety or depression can have an iron grasp on us, how could we possibly ever escape. It is NEVER hopeless! Looking back, I know just how possible it was. Do not ever think you can't get out of anxiety or depression, you definitely can! And you will! Desire is half the battle!

  • I just made a video related to Social Anxiety and panic attacks with my Dad, it's posted on my account.

The video includes how he was CURED! (Well, how treatment keeps him from having any systems anyway.)

  • a better herb that works sometimes weed lol just dont make yourself paraniod lol

  • i agree. chamomile tea does work. but i hate walking in the sun coz it burns my nocturnal eyes

  • your the best, so smart, i really love all ur videos

  • if find that the mantras "i don't give a shit about what anybody thinks about anything, & i can do whatever the fuck i want, whenever the fuck i want to" helps me with anxiety. i have a tendency to be empathic, so i have to remind myself that i don't owe anybody anything, and my feeling are my own responsibility.

  • I love you some more!

  • thank you

  • This is retarded

  • then you don't deserve to have a tool song as your name you half wit

  • Like, wow.

  • i've tried valerian. it does nothing. =(

  • ive taken 10 absolutly no effects exept maby bad breath

  • Ya right.. Animals sense your feelings... specially if you have anxiety , they can read it from your eyes... thas y i hate dogs,,, And they hate me too ..

  • lol, you funny.

  • i think ive seen yer name on here b4... i checked yer subscribers and saw u were subbed to jordangibbs.. thats pry where lol

sucks that jordan doesnt post anymore, doesnt it! she hasent even logged on in like 2 months!

  • yea it is realllllly weird... and yea i loved watching her vids i wonder why she stopped

  • Core concept faith within self, a stabilizer and crutch to lean on that is there. GREAT statement and video.

  • Jesus loves you!

  • The feeling isn't mutual.

  • eh eh eh funny...

  • ITS POESY FROM MISSION HILL!! Hot.

  • you're very pretty lady.everytime i saw your face here in youtube,it makes my life beautiful. You are God's gift and heaven sent to humanity.I love to live longer.

  • try saffron it's a GABA agonist

  • what do you mean by agonist?

  • A drug that has a net positive effect on a receptor site. There are only, technically, a few kinds of drugs: Agonists, antagonists, inverse agonists and reuptake inhibitiors. It's just a way to classify what part of the synapse/receptor a drug does its work on.

  • ...And to a lesser extent the action that drug will have.

  • Just a random thought here, but might it be appropriate to say that perhaps hallucinogenic drug use has perhaps played a role in increasing anxiety symptoms? I can only imagine that toying too much with the neurochemical balance of one's brain can really have an impact.

    Just my two cents worth.

  • hey--love chamomile! try going to the mexican section of a grocery store and buying it in a packet. strong and cheaper than the tea but its really the same thing. also, try mixing in some hibiscus flower, yumness with antioxidants.

  • can I teabag you?

  • just listening to you calms me down =]

  • Girl, you may have just changed my life. You may not know it from my videos, but I have had problems with anxiety all my life. Thanks for your love, because that's what I feel you are giving. Peace.

  • Hello CraigTube. Have you tried the above methods that NeuroSoup suggests in the video, such as the herbal tea and valerian root extract and how did they work for you? I would really like to know and would appreciate your reply. Thank you in advance.

  • Yes, I keep a supply of Valerian pills on hand and they do help, especially with sleep. If I take just one 400mg pill during the day, it doesn't make me sleepy, but it just takes the edge off. Taking 2 before bed seems to really help to sleep. Camomile tea does calm nervs. Both of these substances were VERY useful when my Dad died. I do recommend them both.

  • Sorry to hear about your dad, I hope everything is okay now. I have just bought some chamomile tea and I do feel slightly more relaxed after drinking it but I'm not sure as to whether or not this is just a placebo effect. I will almost certainly have to try valerian root extract to see if that helps calm my nerves. Thank you for your reply, it is much appreciated.

  • No problem. It's not a placebo effect. You felt the effect of the chamomile. I've been known to use 2 teabags at once and felt quite sedated. Thanks for the comment about my Dad. He's been gone 3 years now, and I miss him more than I can say. And, as I always say, death is only a bad thing for those who are still alive. I'm doing fine though.. Thanks.

  • I find my anxiety goes away completely when I'm doin a beautiful blonde girl who's also an intellectual ;)

  • well i keep on thinkin bout ya, sister golden hair surprise...

  • thank you so much

  • valerian root is a good brew

  • Take Xanax. It works best and is easy. It also lifts depression which is the only benzodiazepine to do that.

  • What are the negative side effects of Xanax?

  • addiction and building up your tolerance, resulting in needing a higher dose.

  • you shit ice cubes

  • lol

  • hey im from the UK, doesnt anyone know if its possible to get valerian root tea here, because i wouldnt have a clue where i could buy it. Any idea, please let me know

  • try a health food store or an herb shop

  • Have you tried Holland & Barrett? They do all kinds of stuff.

  • with the drug... what your treating is the consequences... not the causes.

to delete Anxiety.. = the clearing of the mind

    SELF-REALISATION

    SELF-FORGIVENESS

    and breathing.

the hot shower removes the excessive energy.

the anxiety only manifests because of the thoughts of the mind.

  • its hard to treat it when the anxiety manifests due to subconsious problems. these are good suggestions, though. even with the herbal remedies.

  • Wow, I can relate to this. Whether I'm having a difficult trip or bad anxiety I always meditate in the shower. It's one of the best things for me to do. I've had panic attacks that feel like impending doom. Literally like dying and getting to the point where I'm telling myself "this is the end. So deal with it". Thanks

  • You're a really fantastic lady, thanks.

  • lmfao word the polish teas let me sleep but it doesnt really stop it during the day

  • valerian tastes horrible. chamomile is good.

  • thank you this really helped. but i dont think i can get over it. i think im becoming a manic.

  • even better....get a gun and shoot yerself in the leg, in less than ten seconds you will be filled with beta-blocking substance an all will be well:) after all this ordeeal, you can roll a spliff:)

  • Cannabis is defenatly my number one anxiety relief medication. But during work especially working in the arm pit or butt hole of the united states the 5 boro's of hell, hydrocodone/valium/oxycodone are the only drugs that work for me. Sorry, but some tea wouldn't do the trick for me at least. Thank GOD FOR CANNABIS AND RESPONSIBLE DRUG DEALERS WHO OBTAIN THIS WONDeRFUL MEDICINE WHICH HAS WORKED MIRACULOUS WITH MY AnxiETY/ANGER MANAGEMENT. DEPEKOTE/PAXIL AND ALL OTHER POISONS JUST RUIN ME...

  • well it triggered my anxiety dont get me wrong for many its magical but deary me ...i need help. linden method sounds good i dont have the cash yet for it. :(

  • ok listen oxy, hydrocodone are also pharmaceuticals medicines that can give you terrible withdrawals.

  • People don't understand that it is possible to use medicines respectfully and responsibly without becoming a crack head. I'm perscribed hydrocodone for back pain suffered in an auto accident and helps calm me down as when as dull pain. Aromatherapy showers using essential oils in cotton balls placed around a steam shower works wonderful as well.

  • To those who think cannabis increases anxiety it depends on the strain. Oh how people judge things they know NOTHING about. They use Haze's for Depression and Anxiety and Indica's for pain relief or helping people sleep/relax. Cannabis is a herb nothing more it's from nature and if you think it's a bad thing then keep on believing the shit fed to you.

  • I like this girl, but for someone talking about "natural" therapies on depression and anxiety, wouldn't taking all those drugs nullify anything natural in your life and exacerbate the feelings of anxiety and depression!? Despite this though, great videos :)

  • I used to suffer quite badly from anxiety to the extent where it was not unusual for me to vomit several times a week. I have been anxiety & social phobia free for several years now. My cure was lifting weights at the gym (& consequently changing my diet for muscle gain). I feel so much better about myself as a result & I started wearing contact lenses which boosted my confidence. I walk now with a purpose & my head held high. Life is easy for me now after getting out of my anxiety rut.

  • It sounds like I'm writing a corny testimonial for an online course or what not but I'm not. I felt it was important to tell my story incase any sufferers out there read this.

  • Its true man, I also started to lift weights to boost self confidence and now if someone talks shit i will just beat their ass. No anxiety.

  • I throw poop at them and screech like a monkey, that helps with anxiety better then snorting xanax

  • thanks you have made me feel so much better your voice is so soothing im drifting off

  • How I beat Panic Attacks:

    - PRAYER

    - Do the thing that you fear most over and over again. Its painful but it works. After a while, you get used to it!!!

    - My Panic Attacks came when I spoke, now I speak all the time and Im a loud mouth... know why? Cuz I took speech classes and learned how to get used to my fear. That is the crash course way of geting it fixed. I still have problems with it but it's soooo much better, nobody can tell that I'm nervous anymore.

  • Prayer is a placebo, nothing more.

  • Anything people do to get over anxiety is a Placebo, it's all the in the mind. Think before you try to bash others methods.

  • Prayer is a placebo, GABA agonists have a direct, measurable and predictable effect.

  • *sigh* your grasp of how anxiety is avoided is saddening. Anxiety is created in the mind, it's a false state of tension. There is nothing wrong with you physically, hence Nothing to fix physically, anything you do is simply a placebo to get over it. If he prays and it works, that is a direct, measurable and predictable effect. Not all things for people. GABA didn't work for my friend, prayer worked for that guy, and several others.

Almost all anxiety cures are placebos.

  • "Almost all anxiety cures are placebos."

That is complete and total bullshit. In fact, I can name the most useful subsets of receptors, but I can already tell you will not understand what I'm talking about.

  • You obviously can't read or understand what the word "almost" is, conventional drugs aren't placebos, and I never said such, even herbs at times aren't placebos, unless, and it's very common. The certain ingredient has no physical affect on the person, but a mental one.

You fail in your logic. Anxiety affects the mind, it is created by the mind falsely, most cures, mental ones, stuff like this that doesn't' involve chemicals, are a placebo, and that simply is something we think helps so it does

  • Whatever. You sound like a narcophobic religious psychologist, therefore you have zero respect from me. If you don't understand BIOpsych then you are wasting my time.

  • You attempts at insulting someone over the internet suggest your are nothing more then a child with access to Google, you still fail to grasp the meaning of the word "Almost", not pertaining to all things, simple a majority. We all know the the physical affects of anxiety, it's just common knowledge that aside from medication, most methods (like the tea) are nothing more then placebos.

Run along now child, your simplistic, irascible and presumptuous insults hold no truth in the world.

  • Let's get this straight. First you say this: "Anything people do to get over anxiety is a Placebo, it's all the in the mind." Which implies that it's all psychological and not physiological. Did you change your mind or just not make yourself clear the first time?

  • Original statement was supposed to have the "Almost" in it as well, no doubt I was up around 5 in the morning when that was posted.

  • Then you said this: "Almost all anxiety cures are placebos."

I said: "That is complete and total bullshit."

Implying that prayer IS bullshit, but biological methods of treatment are, in fact, real.

Are you honestly trying to say biological methods do not work but prayer does?

  • Once again I stated almost except for the first post in which it was a typo, biological have physical affects on the body, but just because "Prayer" is a placebo doesn't mean it is worthless, everyone human has a unique way to calm ones self. And when anxiety is in the mind, for most cases, such a thing can be the cure they are looking for. My cure is music, not prayer. Conventional medication has had NO effect on me.

  • Fair enough. Lucky you.

  • And keep in mind that sugar pills do work on some subpar minds, we all know that. Hence, my comment that prayer is a placebo.

  • Sub-par? Placebos don't stop working for geniuses, in fact a chemical engineer friend of mine with an IQ in the 130's was recently told he had been taking nothing but a placebo to treat his anxiety.

  • Yeah, it doesn't matter how smart you are. Things like anxiety effect everyone the same, and the only way that intelligence would effect a placebo, or medication is that it would give you the ability to independently suspect that you may or may not be taking a placebo, but if you don't know and you don't find out and believe that you're taking something real than it's just as beneficial if what you have as a condition is in your mind and you're convinced that you need something to fix it.

  • Exactly.

  • "...just as beneficial if what you have as a condition is in your mind and you're convinced that you need something to fix it."

Wrong. A barely measurable effect(often known as placebo)is no substitute for something real. That's childish logic.

  • Also, if I'm a waste of your time why do you keep responding to my posts? If this is such a bother simple walk away. Or in this case not respond?

  • yeah practicing spiritual acts helps me a lot come over the panic/anxiety attacks. i am glad you mention that. i believe in allah and i pray at least 5 times a day.

  • feelings of lethargy will generally calm down a portion of anxiety, however, it could be the precursor to a level of depression. if you must descend to a calmer mode, make it by things that repeatedly make you happy.

  • your pretty hot, just watching your video calms me down,

  • you're pathetic, this is for people to find ways to help themselves, not for someone who is trying to get laid

  • I never had anxiety attacks until I started using psychedelics more often. All those Euphoric feelings from psychedelics go away after a while, and the price you pay weeks/ months later is a chemical imbalance. Smoking fire weed everyday for 7 years probably has something to do with my anxiety attacks as well.

  • Correlation is not causitation; I have seen hundreds of people use these things with nothing but benefits gathered from them.

  • True, I guess everyone is different. The problem with me is I used LSD/Shrooms to frequently, not spaced out far enough. I learned what I needed from these psychedelics, I cant handle them anymore.

  • ya smoking weed induces social anxiety my doctor told me so i had a panic attack from smoking a joint before and i smoked weed for 6 years of my life, at one point more frequently but it doesnt help that i have snorted ritalin thats what made it worse for me i know it man i was stupod

  • The bit on faith brought tears to my eyes; thank you.
