is fishing him out with a frog the only way to get him out of the water? cuz I have done this quest many time and I can never find him...I run out of time before I can find him! but in the area before going into the water zone, the one with dinosauer things next to the river...I keep seeing water shooting up but its to far away for me to see anything...i'm such a n00b T.T

sonic bombs is the best way to get it out of the water.

I'd recommend wait for it in this area. if it swims away, just wait for it to come back. I find it easier to defeat it here because the area is smaller and there are no dinosaur things.. I hate them dinos.

The point is I suck at hunting plesioth. never liked that fish, i don't like wearing it either.

I would have worn a better armor, but that was the best i had during that time.

how did you get all he rubies for the silver sol set? i killed rathalos in high rank like 60 times and i only got one plate and one ruby(same for rathian)

Are you playing Unite?

In unite, it is very easy to get rubies from Grank silver rathalos. just cut the tail, break face, horn and wings :)

If you can't fight an HR9 silver los yet. Then just do the HR6 silver sol. You have better chances of getting rubies from silver and gold.

I killed a plessy in 5.90 minutes, full upgraded tiggy, 1 SB, 1 first aid med, and smolder dragonsword, EASY PEASY
