Sorry I threw this together a bit quickly The red line is the tax receipts minus the expenditure for the year to date.

That is with tax income falling at a record pace and expenditure growing rapidly due t bailouts and stimulus packages the over all deficit as of July was $1.3 Trillion for the year to date. Or to put is another was the government is borrowing 43 cents in every dollar they spend.
